We stayed at one of the gîtes for the long weekend and had a wonderful experience. What we loved most was the atmosphere — a peaceful, quiet place surrounded by beautiful nature and a very well-maintained area around the gîte. It truly felt like a hidden gem. The houses are equipped with everything you might need. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, and in the evenings we practically disappeared into the cozy sofas after long days of exploring. The kitchen was also perfectly equipped with everything needed for cooking, making it very enjoyable and convenient to prepare meals. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and the little welcome gift upon arrival was a lovely touch that we really appreciated. During our stay, we explored nearby villages and a coast, and every time we returned from busy tourist places, it felt so nice to come back to this peaceful and cozy corner of France. In de ruime tuin vol fruitbomen is het enige geluid dat je dikwijls hoort het gefluit van de vele vogels. In de omgeving zijn veel leuke, pittoreske plaatsjes en mooie natuurgebieden te zien. Daarnaast zijn toeristische trekpleisters als le Mont Saint-Michel en Saint-Malo relatief makkelijk te bereiken voor een dagtripje. Marc en Christa hebben ons enorm gastvrij ontvangen. Toen we binnenkwamen, stond er zelfs een gepersonaliseerd bordje klaar met een flesje water, bloemetjes uit het veld en snoepjes. De gîte zelf is gezellig, goed uitgerust en schoon. Had lovely holiday at la Maison Neuve with our daughter son in law and 2 young granddaughters. The gite is situated in a quiet peaceful location although there are plenty of places to visit nearby with shops and cafes. The gite was well furnished,clean and well equipped with comfortable beds. The children loved the huge garden and enjoyed picking apples and plums in the orchard and had great fun in the pool. The barbecue was well used and we had nearly all our meals on the private terrace overlooking the garden. Marc was a welcoming friendly and helpful host. Fantastisch verblijf op een prachtige locatie! We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij de gites! De accommodatie was brandschoon, goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je voelt je hier meteen thuis door de warme sfeer en de gezelligheid op het terrein. De ligging is ideaal voor het maken van leuke uitstapjes in de omgeving – of je nu houdt van natuur, cultuur of lekker eten, er is voor ieder wat wils. Alles is goed bereikbaar en de gastvrijheid van de eigenaren maakte ons verblijf extra bijzonder. Kortom: een echte aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een ontspannen, sfeervolle en verzorgde plek om te verblijven!
